What clubs do you accept?
We accept most major brand golf clubs including drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putters. Clubs should be in playable condition without major structural damage.
How is the trade-in value calculated?
We base our valuations on the club's original MSRP, adjusted for age depreciation and current condition. Premium brands and newer models retain more value.
What happens if the actual condition differs from photos?
If we find the condition differs significantly from what was shown, we'll contact you with an updated quote before processing. You can accept the new offer or have your clubs returned.
How long does the process take?
Mail-in: Allow 5-7 business days after we receive your clubs. Drop-off: Same-day evaluation, usually within 20 minutes.
How do I receive my store credit?
You'll receive a unique discount code via email that can be applied to any purchase on our website. Credit never expires.
